Fraser Coast
The branch is deeply connected to the region as the place that members have chosen to make their home and build their businesses.
We are passionate advocates for our members, ensuring that our region provides quality and affordable housing for the mix of families, retirees, single people and professionals that want to be part of the Fraser Coast’s enviable lifestyle. Our industry is a significant player in our region’s economy. The development industry in the region directly accounts for almost 7 per cent of jobs.
Our branch has worked with Fraser Coast Regional Council as a key stakeholder in the preparation of the Draft Planning Scheme and reviewed and renewed our memorandum of understanding with council to ensure our members’ voices are heard in local government.
