The UDIA Queensland’s Diversity Awards recognise and celebrate our industry’s diversity. The Awards honour outstanding women, young leaders and companies in the development industry.

Winners of each award must be nominated for their respective award category. 

Nominations close on May 15.  

The award winners will be honoured at the Institute’s prestigious President’s Breakfast.

This Award recognises the achievements of women in Queensland’s property industry.

It celebrates their long-lasting contributions and service to creating communities that are embraced by Queenslanders.

UDIA Queensland and SMEG Young Leaders Award for Excellence

The Young Leaders Award celebrates a stand-out young person who is shaping the future direction of our industry.

To be considered for this award, the nominee must be under 35 and have 5 years’ experience in the development or associated industry.

UDIA Queensland and Jackson Teece Diversity in Development Award for Excellence

The Diversity in Development Award recognises an organisation that is exemplary in promoting and fostering diversity in the workplace.

To be considered for this award, organisations must be based in Queensland and have a membership with the Institute.
