About UDIA

The Queensland office of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) was established in 1971.

Since then we have become the State’s largest network of community creators. For almost 50 years we have been an integral part of Queensland’s property development industry.

Over the years we have recognised the local differences that require on the ground industry representation. Responding to this important requirement, we have grown to represent all regions through our branch structure and become the peak body for the development industry.

We have a vision and a plan to keep growing and supporting the property development industry in the quest to create world class communities for Queenslanders.

The Institute is a not-for-profit incorporated organisation and governed by a Board of Directors.
