New State Valuations in Gladstone, Toowoomba, and Whitsunday
The Valuer-General (VG) announced the annual land valuation program for 2021 with Gladstone, Toowoomba, and Whitsunday to receive new land valuations.
Approximately 261,000 valuations will be issued by 31 March 2021 across the State. In local government areas where new valuations are not issued in 2021 the most recent annual valuation remains effective for rating, land tax and state land rental purposes until the next annual valuation is undertaken.
