Local member sees sales activity soar during crisis
A local developer member in Central Queensland has reported its second busiest month to date amidst COVID-19.
Melissa Hytch from Ingenta Property Group delivers on some good news despite uncertainty produced by COVID-19. She also mentions “May is shaping up to be a good month”.
Branch President Gideon Genade welcomed this good news.

The Central Queensland branch has been working hard on engaging with councils in the region. Three separate submissions were made to Rockhampton Regional Council, Gladstone Regional Council, and Livingstone Shire Council and presented some measures to ensure the local property industry can continue to operate and bounce back in the recovery period.
