Institute collaborates on Boundary Road extension

Branch President, Megan Kraft is leading the discussion recommending council consider expanding its active transport component of the extension. The branch has urged council to design and implement the cycle path as used in Stockland’s Aura Residential Community.

The homebuying community is demanding more liveable communities. This facility can also help futureproof the area and connect into active facilities that the industry is building now and in the future.

This submission demonstrates the Institute’s continued commitment to ensuring active transport can be delivered across Queensland. Active transport can be a suitable alternative form of transport when it has been carefully and strategically planned.
