Toowoomba
Toowoomba is Australia’s second largest inland city with a population in excess of 165,000 people. Future growth forecasts to 2031 indicate that the region will be home to an additional 70,000 over the next 15 years.
The Toowoomba Branch of the Institute plays a pivotal role in the city’s growth and our members are excited about the development prospects for the region.
The Toowoomba housing market has a significant upside when compared to other centres and figures indicate strong growth.
The Branch is an active community of business leaders who are committed to building a better region. It is significant that nearly every development project being undertaken in Toowoomba is done by Institute members.
We are proud of our reputation as the expert advisors to regional councils. We continue to facilitate access to industry leaders and decision makers with our monthly events, which provide expert insight and analysis of the issues facing our industry.
