Moreton Bay
The Moreton Bay region is one of South East Queensland’s most diverse areas, from Samford and Arana Hills to Redcliffe, Bribie Island, Caboolture, Dayboro, Woodford and Mt Mee.
The region’s access to beaches and the bay, and its proximity to the Sunshine Coast attracts a broad demographic group.
The Moreton Bay Rail Link, opened in 2016 has made the region more accessible than ever and provide a host of new opportunities.
The Moreton Bay Branch of the UDIA Queensland is committed to ensuring members see the benefits that flow on from major infrastructure investment.
We have a strong track record of delivering.
Our years of working with Council to resolve issues and look for innovative policy solutions, means we are a trusted advisor to council officers on the issues facing the development industry.
Our events are focussed on providing information that builds knowledge for our members and the decision makers whose policies can impact of the livelihood of our members.
To ensure council is aware of, and responsive to our members’ issues, we continue to represent our members via high-level communications with Moreton Bay Regional Council and bi-monthly coordination meetings with Unitywater.
