Unit sales on the rise in Mackay
The November 2017 release of the Regional Radar reported 185 unit sales in Mackay over the last 12 months. This is a 3.9% increase over the last quarter.
The Regional Radar also recorded a drop in median unit price by 4.2% over the last quarter. The median unit price was listed as $215,000 over the last 12 months.
Branch President Mark McGrath said it was pleasing to see unit sales on the increase over the course of 2017.
“We’re bucking the trend of unit sales decreasing across many other regions,” Mark added.
