Unit sales on the rise in Central Qld
The November 2017 release of the Regional Radar revealed that unit sales are on the rise in Central Queensland. Over the last quarter unit sales have increased by 10.3% in Gladstone and by 13.6% in Rockhampton.
Branch President Gideon Genade said the unit sales were a standout and had outperformed other regions significantly.
“It’s great to see such strength in Rockhampton and Gladstone’s unit sales this year,” he said.
“Diversity of housing stock is great in terms of meeting consumer demand as well as the affordability they can offer,” Gideon said.
Over the last 12 months Agnes Water has led house sales in Gladstone, while Norman Gardens led house sales in Rockhampton.
