Rent increase in Fraser Coast
The November 2017 release of the Regional Radar revealed that the median asking rent for houses increased by 4.9% in Fraser Coast, compared to the same quarter last year. Whereas median unit price held steady at $250,000 over the last quarter.
It also reported that median land price fell by 5.3%, to an affordable $135,000 compared to the previous 12 month period.
Branch President Kane Macready said the slight drop in median time on the market for houses was a good sign.
“This is a good indicator that demand might be ticking up a bit locally,” Kane said.
