Rent increase for houses in Moreton Bay
The November 2017 release of the Regional Radar revealed that the media asking rent for houses in Moreton Bay has increased by 2.6%, to $390.
Whereas median asking rent for units has decreased by 1.5% to $330, compared to the same quarter last year.
Institute CEO Marina Vit said the increase in rent for houses shows people want to live in the area.
“The high volume of land sales also shows the strong interest in calling the area home,” Ms Vit said.
