The November 2017 release of the Regional Radar revealed insights on land sales and rent figures for regions throughout Queensland.
Some of the significant findings include:
Median land price rose by 12.8% in Brisbane, by 8.1% on the Sunshine Coast, and by 4.6% in Toowoomba
Unit sales increased by 10.3% in Gladstone and by 13.6% in Rockhampton
Median asking rent for houses increased by 4.9% in Fraser Coast and by 3.9% on the Gold Coast
