Matthew Raven

Matthew Raven - Gadens

Matthew is a partner in the Property and Construction Group of Gadens. Matthew specialises in property development, particularly community title and mixed use developments. His current projects include the new Brisbane Westin Hotel and Residences and Brookfield’s Portside Wharf. Matthew is the chair of the Queensland Law Society’s Property Law Committee and the Queensland representative on the Law Council’s National E-conveyancing Working Group.

Cameron McColl

Cameron is a CPA qualified accountant having studied a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Queensland. Currently he is Chief Operating Officer for Boulder Capital, a boutique private lender backed by a high net worth family that specialises in providing mezzanine, pref equity and equity finance transactions predominantly throughout SEQ and Northern NSW.

David has been in the ANZ property team since first creating a specialisation in mid-market focusing on property finance. David and his team support property investors and developers with borrowing needs up to $50 million and fund a wide range of assets ranging from residential, commercial, retail, industrial, accommodation, and special purpose.

Alan Sheldon, the Head of Strategic Acquisition for Mosaic Property Group has had over 19 years’ industry experience and holds a Degree in Civil Engineering. Throughout Alan’s extensive career he has gained end to end experience within acquisitions, planning and approvals, finance, construction, certification, sales and marketing and post project closeout.

With 17 years’ experience with the firm, Matt is regularly invited to present and share his knowledge and expertise at various tertiary education and industry bodies.

Richard has been involved in the development of over 50 projects over 20 years, ranging from boutique to billion dollar undertakings. With experience covering all product types including land, housing, townhouses, medium density and high-rise mixed use developments, he has a unique insight and knowledge of all facets of property development.

Greg Tupicoff

Greg Tupicoff - Alder Developments

Greg Tupicoff studied Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Queensland before starting his career in a small town planning consultancy working on a wide range of urban and regional projects. Greg has also worked for Council as a DA planner and for a number of major developers, including Lendlease and Peet as a Town Planner, Production Manager, and Project Director.

Stephen Harrison

Stephen is the Immediate Past President of the UDIA Queensland. He has over 20 years experience in the development industry and has held key positions in both local government and private organisations. He is the Principal of Harrison Development Group, which is responsible for the delivery of signature projects in Cairns, Coomera, and Pimpama.
