Catherine Andrews - Place Design Group

Catherine is a Senior Town Planner at Place Design Group with over seven years of experience in the development industry. Her roles have provided her with a range of experience in both the private and public sector. Catherine’s working knowledge of the planning industry enables her to deliver considered and strategic advice to optimise the commercial outcomes for developers and landowners.

Cameron McColl

Cameron McColl - Boulder Capital

Cameron is a CPA qualified accountant having studied a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Queensland. Currently he is Chief Operating Officer for Boulder Capital, a boutique private lender backed by a high net worth family that specialises in providing mezzanine, pref equity and equity finance transactions predominantly throughout SEQ and Northern NSW.

Stephen Harrison

Stephen is the current UDIA Queensland President. He has over 20 years experience in the development industry and has held key positions in both local government and private organisations. He is the Principal of Harrison Development Group, which is responsible for the delivery of signature projects in Cairns, Coomera, and Pimpama.

Greg Tupicoff studied Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Queensland before starting his career in a small town planning consultancy working on a wide range of urban and regional projects. Greg has also worked for Council as a DA planner and for a number of major developers, including Lendlease and Peet as a Town Planner, Production Manager, and Project Director.

With 17 years’ experience with the firm, Matt is regularly invited to present and share his knowledge and expertise at various tertiary education and industry bodies.

Matthew is a partner in the Property and Construction Group of Gadens. Matthew specialises in property development, particularly community title and mixed use developments. His current projects include the new Brisbane Westin Hotel and Residences and Brookfield’s Portside Wharf. Matthew is the chair of the Queensland Law Society’s Property Law Committee and the Queensland representative on the Law Council’s National E-conveyancing Working Group.

Stafford Hopewell

His widespread expertise includes town planning, environment, heritage, coastal, vegetation and contamination matters with a focus on property development and infrastructure projects. In addition to being a practicing lawyer, Stafford holds qualifications in urban planning, environmental management and public administration.
