The Institute's network of eleven regional branches gives us important insights into the issues facing the development industry and our members right across Queensland.
In each region our branch committee, led by a Branch President, drive the local agenda in advocating for our members, responding to the changing housing needs of the region and promoting the industry, as the region grows or adapts to new market opportunities.
When local governments and local authorities want to talk about progressing the local economy, they talk to the Institute and its network of branches.
Our state office supports our regional branches on policy, advocacy and sharing knowledge across the State.
Our regional branches run events, workshops, facilitate networking and drive the relationships that are critical to the growth of our industry.
