Economic Impact of the Development Industry in Queensland
A comprehensive report estimating the economic impacts associated with the development industry in Queensland.  The report covers four main economic impacts: employment; wages and salaries; value-addded; and direct and indirect state and federal taxes.

The UDIA’s 2006 report into housing affordability across state.

Urban Development Research Institute
The Urban Development Research Institute was established by UDIA State Council in late 2007, with the aim of providing independent research into issues associated with developing in Queensland.
